Tell Us Once
Upon registering the death, a registrar will provide information about the Tell Us Once service. They will either guide you through the process or furnish you with a unique reference number for utilising the service independently, either online or via phone. The registrar will also supply you with a contact number, including options for video relay service for British Sign Language (BSL) users and Relay UK for individuals with hearing or speech impairments.
The information provided will be relayed to various entities, including the Department for Work and Pensions, Identity and Passport Services, Electoral Services, Blue Badge Parking Scheme, H.M. Revenue and Customs, Housing and Council Tax offices, Libraries, and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. To facilitate the process, it's advisable to bring along any pertinent documents such as the deceased's National Insurance Number, Passports, Driving Licence, Blue Badge, etc.
It's essential to utilise the service within 28 days of receiving your unique reference number. In cases where registration is delayed due to an ongoing inquest, you can still obtain a unique reference number from the registrar. However, you'll need to secure an interim death certificate from the coroner overseeing the inquest beforehand.

Tell us once will contact all the relevant bodies, however the following checklist maybe useful:
